Terms of Service

As a donor participating in 35 Hours of Giving, I understand the Terms of Service as outlined below including my personal roles and responsibilities.

  1. I understand that GiveGab.com is an online platform that will safely process all contributions made through 35 Hours of Giving.
  2. I understand that a 3.5% transaction fee is deducted from all donations by GiveGab. The Capital Region Community Foundation covers all other fees associated with online donations through GiveGab.
  3. I understand that donors have the option to cover the 3.5% transaction fee. If I choose not to cover this fee, the Capital Region Community Foundation will cover it so that 100% of my charitable gift goes to the receiving organization.
  4. I understand that any donations made outside the official 35 Hours of Giving donation period, including recurring donations processed through GiveGab.com, will also be subject to the transaction fee outlined above.
